Here is an ad in the classifids here. Just shows that some people don't know jack crap about dogs. Here is the ad word for word.


Great Dane AKA Einstein. Over one year old, neutered, fixed ears, playful, needs roaming room, excellent watchdog, well mannered, Dalmation color. $500.


For one, fixed ears...whats that crap. Can we say cropped. And dalmation colored. Its a Harliquin and its patches not spots. And I hate people advertising Danes as watchdogs. Plus I can adopt a Dane cheaper than 500. Some people just piss me off.

I have seen stupid adverts like that here. Great Danes are one of my most favourite breeds and in the distant future i would defiantely get one but not whilst Harveys still here. They are known as gentle giants

yeah, some people can definetly be "interesting".  i've seen a few adds in the paper here where is says ears are cut, so are tails.  like omg.......how about cropped, and docked! lol, latley while reading the classifieds i find myself laughing more than anything!

I sort of agree. Y do they say makes great guard dog. Most danes are babys.
