Im so Mad with these people .. RE: Husky PuP

a close friend came over yesterday and told me about Her friends who have share a small 2 bedroom house with 2 other adults. I have seen this house and it is tiny ~ literally not enough room to swing a cat.  it has a very small patio enought to fit a table and chairs and there is a low fence fallen onto dis-repair.

well these two people have never owned a dog before and as they all lived together they should have discussed owning a dog with the other 2 people in the house as they dont like dogs. Well there is a dispute in the house as they are arguing which couple should move out. Well  this couple decided to go out and buy a dog (partly so they would have a reason to stay in the house)..they bought a 8 week old husky as it was cute and gorgeous in their words.

Yes their is no denying that Huskys are beautifull dogs but it angers me that they havent thought about it properlly and got it as a sort of  golden ticket to stay in the house and the other couple to move out

I have always loved Huskys and thought about having one but i cannot give them what they need..and this puppys owners definatley cant either. They work full time (very long hours and the dog will be alone in the house all day long from approx 6 am till 7pm (as the other couple have now moved out). It will get little to no exercise and they are feeding it on crap They have not a clue abput training or socialisation. Im sure they will move the dog but they have absolutely no idea about the responsibility and what it takes finacially and time wise.I spoke to this girl trying to hint to her about what they have to do and how to care for it etc..and she didnt care one bit..i swear i could have slapped her, they are more worried about having enough money to spend down the pub and to buy ciggies than spend it one their dog

Im gonna keep a close eye on his 'n' hers dog..i have a feeling it could all go wrong

that is one example of why some dogs end up in shelters. huskys are active and dont do well in cramped quarters for extended periods of time. i feel for the dog ...........

I feel sorry for the dog. I used to want a Husky but I just didn't have the backyard for one. Or at least a good enough fence for one.

Grrr that kind of stuff really ticks me off....We did our research before getting Tiki and with me not working right now (even if i was it would most likely only be part time)  she works for our family.  I dont feel in any case if you dont have time do devote to your pets then you shouldn't have one.   I'll fly overseas just to knock some sense into this girl for ya Twink.
