I have deleted the other thread in hopes a few things can be put behind us. I understand that feelings have been hurt and this is my reason for deleting the thread. I know most people have read it but I think if it's gone it will not be posted in or read.

PD, we do not want you to leave but as Ansy has said it is your choice. If you feel the need that you have to leave it's your choice all we can do is tell you that we do not want you to, which we do not.
