Here is a pic of my 8 year old deaf son Lucas {silly boy!} AKA Lusifer! Lol!! And my daughter Chelsey who is 6, and my nephew Logan. Logan lives in South Dakota and got to stay with me for a couple of weeks this summer! Here they are in my front yard! I discovered how to use photobucket- Look out if I get a digital camera! Just kidding!
your kids are adorable ! i had my grandsons for the summer. they are 7 and 2. they wore me out but i miss them terribly . logan looks like he could be a brother to your two. i miss the time i had with my kids when they were young. when they get into their teens, they want to spend more time with their friends than they do mom and dad. i still have one left at home and i hope she never leaves home . i will miss her too much ! lol
Thanks everybody! They are pretty cute if I do say so myself! Also, So true Dusty. The older they get the more important friends are! My oldest Nick {11 years} was not here at that moment. He is a pretty popular guy, and he has alot of friends on our street. I watched 2 of his friends over the summer, plus when I had my nephew down here{Logan}, Plus whatever neighbor kids were here! So for a while I had 6 or more here! It was tough sometimes! I couldnt wait to go back to work. I am a school bus driver, so I am still with kids, but they are only riding for at the most 45 minutes{depends on where they live}. Plus I have all preschoolers with special needs. Also the middle schoolers I have, are two kids in wheelchairs, and 3 kids with Downs. I love the Downs kids, they always make me smile because they are always happy! They are so much fun! I also have 2 EBD {Emotional Behavior Disorder} and those children who are pretty good as well! I love kids, but I would never run a daycare I dont think! Its alot of work to keep them happy and busy all day !
Those are some super adoreable children you have there! Too cute
That's neat that you get to help the special needs children get to school as well. I hate driving, otherwise I think that would be the coolest job I love kids, I would love to have a job working with kids. My son has mild autism, so I would love to work in speech therapy with special needs children. That would be really neat
Paige, lol, awww, come on, you know you want a sis or bro for your cute little daughter to play with! Hehe
