I dont know whats wrong but something is going on with Syd, she has been throwing up everyday for a week, more then once a day. At first I thought she got into something outback, but after the 3rd day i relaized it has to be something else. Poor baby is acting normal everyother way, although she does seem a little calmer lately! Im taking her into work with me today to see whats wrong, wish her luck!
Well we just got home from work. They did xrays and a full blood panel. Everything was normal EXCEPT she had a very elevated liver panel, or something sorry i cant remeber the exact words. Anyways we sent the results out to a lab and wont find anything out till Monday morning. She is on 2 differnt meds and she cant eat tonight and when she does eat she has to have a low residue food.
And she threw up all day at work, so poor thing is probly hungry but cant eat till tomorow. I am really worried about her. Especially since she ate a bottle of Alieve at 10 months old, im scared that might have messed up stuff inside like her kidneys or liver, she got a gastric ulcer from that too. The doctor seemed worried enough that he gave me his home number to call if something happens with her before Monday. He is a fill in doctor and lives in redondo so i think he is definitly worried about her too or he is just a real nice guy...lol...oh and cute i might add!
Ivy....when she was 10 months old, i had left on a quick errand one day, came back home to find a whole bottle of Alieve was broken and all the pills gone. She ate them all and got a gastric ulcer, she threw up everyday for 6 months and was on like 4-5 differnt medicenes. It was aweful, I've always been scared that one day something is gonna happen becuase of that.
Naw, I squirt the juice in a dropper from the pharmacy into their mouth. I get the slippery elm in capsules, hydrate it[maybe w/ the aloe] then squirt it down. It is good for all kinds of human problems, so it is good to always have around. I don't have a dose table. Herbs are more effective with time than as a one shot deal. I would try a tablespoon, twice a day, to see what happens...
