Does anyone here clicker train??

We want to train Chi-Ching by clicker training. Chows respond better to positive reinforcement training then any other method of training. I have worked with others on clicker training but never actually have trained a dog myself through this method. I was kind of curious as to whether or not anybody else had trained that way?

I have never clicker trained myself but I'll share what I have learned through the years (which you probably already know)

Start with a natural situation such as the dog is going into a sit on his own - as his butt is going down say the command, when it touches the floor immediately click & treat.  Eventually the dog will associate the action, command, click & treat together.  They say the timing of the click is extremely important.  I am sure there must be some good websites with alot of excellent information.

Beyond that I'm clueless!
