Moles!!

Okay, we have got a horendous mole problem, my backyard looks like the mole Hilton. (seriousely) Anyway, I have looked up mole traps and most of them are just harsh, they are spring loaded and either squish the mole when they get in it of impale them with spears. I just can't do that. I have found that havahart has a live mole trap and we are going to try that? Anyone else have any other 'non lethal' ideas? I do not want to kill them and would rather live with them then kill them.........any ideas?

Moles? Really?! Heh..I don't think I would be much help. I have never seen a mole before, and the pictures I have seen, they just look so darn cute, lol. They must be destructive then huh? What does it do to your yard? Is it similar to like a Prairie dog? Sorry..not much help...lol

They leave holes in my yard, with little mounds of dirt. I have captured a few of them and they remind me alot of a Syrian Hamster (They look alot like Dudley did)

I saw one once, they are cute little critters. I think there is a plant that deters them, but it would be odd to place it in the middle of you walking area.

Dusty, come to Colorado! I'm sure you would get handfuls for free, lol. Here they are pests to people because they carry bubonic plague and their holes can break the legs of the cattle and horses at ranches when they step in them. I've never had any near me because I live in a mountainy area, but they are all over our prairies. Cute little things..standing on their hind legs and all alert and stuff, hehe

Katz is making me want a mole! lol
