My poor puppy :(

He had quite a bit of diahrea and so we took him to the vet and did a stool sample. Turns out he has got a very small amount of Coccidia. My vet said that it was brought on by stress, (probably the plane.) He is on medicine for 2 weeks. But he is feeling better all the time.
He also goes in this week for booster shots. My vet said he would be fine waiting until 12 weeks but my husband and I, as well as my vet will feel better getting his shots now.
Also, in about 3 weeks he will be enrolled into puppy class!!! Whoo Hoo!

Aww poor baby.  I'm glad he is feeling better.  Teddy bears shouldn't be sick

glad it wasnt anything too serious. he is such a little cutie.i would imagine it would be stressful getting takin away from his mom and siblings and put on a plane to a whole new place. usually it doesnt take them long to adjust. annie was right at home when she got here, but rocky was a little shy and reserved at first. he will be the darling at the puppy classes !!

Yeah plane rides can stress them a bit. Hope little fluff boy feels better. Is he running around like nromal. Or is her lethargic?
