I went outside today to check the mail and there was blood on my porch..so I thought maybe delilah was going into heat..then I saw a trail of it everywhere so it was too much to be that ..sure enough Jd walks over to me and his paw is bleeding, he must have stepped on broken slate or something outside from when the yard was being cleaned..poor lil guy, well we wrapped it up and cleaned it out he's doin okay now.
