omg!!!! they said that the max sentance he could get is $750.oo in fines, and 90 days in jail, but that most ppl just get a slap on the wrist!!!!!!!!!! i think the max sentance, should BE the slap on the wrist and that this guy should face way stiffer penalties. that just makes me mad. how could that idiot not know. to chain him up like that in single digit temps and leave him there for 4 hours should be treated as a criminal case. and the kicker of leaving him there for another 2 days was the icing on the cake. it just shows how much he DIDNT love that poor pooch. he should never be allowed to own another pet ever again!!!!!!!!!

He should definitely get the maximum punishment plus he should be subjected to the exact same treatment that poor dog had. Chain him to a pole with no shelter in the same type of weather conditions for double the time!

sometimes i wonder how people can be so stupid and so cruel. that poor dog suffered beyond words. he needs to spend a few long years in prison with a big bubba thats in need of a "girlfriend" .
