That is looking great!  Now you are dealing with the no running, jumping, etc. which is unfortunately only going to get harder as she is feeling better & better.  My friend whose Westie had the same surgery was either crated, on her lap or tethered to her by a leash and that was in a 1 dog household so I'm sure it is alot harder for you & Lilly!
