Well my PC is again in the shop. Tried to be a good Friday nite & did all my updates & ran all my scans and although nothing showed up it quickly went downhill. I apparently got zapped by a virus as all my display settings changed, my audio stopped working, my email quit receiving or sending, everything slowed to a snail's crawl til it got to the point that Windows won't even come up after a reboot.
I wish I understood these blasted things much more than I do. Luckily my daughter's boyfriend has his own business and hopefully he'll have it up & running for me within a day or so. This will be the 2nd time I've needed his help. I sure hope Jen keeps him around for a long, long time!
