Tomorrow Kaitlyn will be 7 years old. Today Gillian and I went to school and had lunch with her and I had a small party for her in her classroom. Next Saturday she will have her b-day party. We had originally planned it for tomorrow but with me going to TN I didn't get everything together before I left or get the invitations sent so we had to push it forward a week.
Here is Kaitlyn at lunch with her friend Grace in the middle and Johanna on the right. Notice Kaitlyn's front tooth. Her right front tooth fell out on Wednesday. The one next to it moved over to the middle! LOL! Her friend Grace was calling her Nanny McPhee at school today.

It's been a good day. We saw Nanny McPhee and ate way to much. Nanny McPhee is such a wonderful movie! She got a digital camera, chemistry set, a movie, a cd player, and a cd. The cd player also does mp3's so we thought we'd just wait and see what songs she wants and put songs on there that way. Her family in TN all sent her money so I'll take her shopping next week one day. I can't believe my baby is 7!

She's a big grown-up seven What sweeties, I could not see the picture the 1st time I viewed this post. It is cute, but...what junk are they feeding the kids? A hotdog and pizza? Leaves you a lot of nutrition to make up for. Just me, overly possessive and dang lucky I don't have kids...to make that comment. You can just see my kids with their sprout and tofu sandwiches at lunch
The nutrition at Katie's school is actually very good except on Fridays when the picture was taken. Fridays is junk day. Most days they serve a protein, a whole wheat, fruit, and a veggie. Kaitlyn is already very health conscious, how couldn't she be with a freaky mom like me, and usually orders salads and fruit on Friday. This particular Friday, however, they were having take-out pizza from a local italian restaraunt so she ordered the pizza. I agreed to it, it was her birthday party at school. Why her friend Grace ordered a hot dog I have no idea. I don't know Grace's eating habits, however. She may always eat that way for all I know.
