Here are some pics of our new baby.........my mom has her right now and said she was kinda wiggly and hard to photograph.

Ok so, my mom called and told me that the sister to this Shiba is also available.......i said yes.....lol.  We decided to name the brown one Suki and the black one Yoshi.  Here are the pics.....

I have never owned a Shiba but my friends have 2 and hubby and i loved them.  The are smart, fun, and independent.  And less hyper then JRT's.......LOL.  I have been told they can be a challange but most are easily trained and these two are in "potty training class" at my mom's until they come here.  Hopefully the second week of April.  I am so excited.

They are both adorable.  Don't be surprised if they backslide on the housebreaking when they get to your place.  Dogs don't generalize well, so they may need a refresher course to get them to realize that the rules at your mom's place also apply at your place.


Shibas are neat dogs.  I'm looking forward to hearing your stories about these two.

Proto- I will definately keep that in mind.  Good thing i have a dog door so maybe that will help a little.  Suki has used a dog door before but Yoshi hasn't.  It may be a challange but worth it.


Kitty- Thanks   We figured they are Japanese dogs so why not Japanese names.
