Guy: I love you babe
Girl: I love you too, please just slow down now! Please...
(in the paper the next day): A motorcycle had crashed into a building because of brake failure. Two people were on it, but only 1 had survived.
The truth was that halfway down the road, the guy realized that his brakes broke, but he didn't want to let the girl know. Instead, he had her say she loved him and felt her hug one last time, then he had her wear his helmet so that she would live even though it meant that he would die.
that's sad. Whenever I see ppl riding motorcycles without helmets, I call them "road kill" same goes for idiots who don't wear seatbelts. Isn't it funny when the people that don't think nothing would ever happen to them while riding in a car?
My dad had a motorcycle accident in October of '85(when my mom was 5 months pregnant with me) and was in a coma for 10 days but recovered and is totally back to normal. He crashed head on into a fence post and went way down into a ditch and the only reason he was saved was because a cop car was driving by and saw his lights reflect of his motorcycles mirrors. It was a cold night and the cold kept his brain from swelling anymore than it did. He had his helmet on that night.
My husband has a motorcycle but he doesn't even move the bike at all without a helmet on. He knows better. He has too much to lose and so do I. That was my only rule about him having a bike was that he ALWAYS wore a helmet. He never argues over that. It is illegal here to not have a helmet on but in Idaho, you don't have to wear one. Alot of people will wear their helmets and then take them off once they cross the border....IDIOTS!
