Hey all!! It is me, Chi-Ching. Boy am I tuckered out!! It is hard relaxing. hehe
Okay, lets see after we got there, e got set up and I got set up in my new crate - Which I LOVE!!
Then, my human sister gave me a treat, she is doing NILIF, and so I have to sit before I get anything from her.
Mama thought it would be fun to go for a hike. I LOVED it because I got to be off leash. I am really good off leash but only in certain areas do they allow it. . .
After we got back, While they cooked dinner, I caught my own. It was a watermelon beetle. A really big ugly beetle and it tasted AWFUL!!! I kept trying to spit it out.
So, to get the flavor of that nasty bug out of my mouth, I decided to clean up after the kids. Mama said because we were camping she didn't care. I am never allowed to do this at home . . .
Mama and Daddy say I must have still been hungry because then I went and stuck my head in the fire pit(don't worry it was cold) but the grate was dirty and well, look . . .
FINALLY, the next day we got to go to the lake. We had to walk their, it was on this long trail because we went to a private beach where dogs were allowed. Unfortunately, they have to be leashed no matter how well they listen. . .
I walk right into the water, mom was scared for her camera, but I didn't care. . .
Then, I thought I would mess with the girls, they weren't supposed to get wet yet, wel they weren't listening anyway LOL So I went and shook on them!!
And then it was time to go and so I stood, soaked and said good bye to the lake. . .
We actually stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. Mama and Daddy say we are going boating this week, and then we are going camping again at a different campground in about three weeks!! I'll make sure mama brings her camera!! Anyway, I hope you enjoyed seeing what I did on my camping trip. Oh, by the way the park ranger came and met me and said I was one of the most handsome dogs he had ever seen. He didn't pet me but I sniffed his hand and gave him a small purple kiss. He was a good person and I liked him.
Everyone had fun. We no longer have Koda, he is living in a town by the coast. He is doing good. The new owners shaved him completely. They said that he feels better. He still pants alot but they have a park nearby that they take him to and he can go swimming there.
He is just as gorgeous now as he was cute as a puppy!
