I'm baaaack!

Hey everybody!  I hope everyone is doing well.  (Ansy, I'm so sorry to hear your badnews.  I know everything willwork out for the best.)  I am doing well.  I am very largely pregnant, awaitng to hear if I have gestational diabetes.  I am now going to the doctor every 2 weeks.  I'm due in 11 weeks!  Can you believe it?  On Sept. 11th I will have a big ultrasound to determine if the baby is going to have any birth defects because of my history.  I'm a little nervous about that.  I'm also very excited to see the baby again.  I've never had a baby to move as much as this one.  I feel like I'm carrying an alien this time around.  My belly does all kinds of wierd things.  This ones a dancer!
On Sept. 11th Gillian will start her 1st day of school ever.  She's so excited.  Every morning when we get up she says, "Lets pretend I'm going to school today."  So we have to get her dressed, feed her breakfast, do her hair, brush her teeth, and than we have to get her backpack on and her lunchbox.  We do all of these things anyway, with the exception of her backpack and lunchbox but we always take our time about doing it.  These days we have to hurry.
I had a little drama with the dogs today.  What else is new.  Did I mention that I HATE my dogs while I'm pregnant?  I don't want them anywhere near me. I've done it with all of my pregnancies so I know it will go away.  Anyway, we've bought a new house and we're selling the one we are living in now.  This morning I had a house showing.  I called my neighbor to see if she was going to be home so I could put my rowdy dogs in her fence and my kids.  She said okay.  Well I don't take them through her house because she has cats and my dogs have never been around cats.  To get to her fence around back I have to go down a hill.  It has been raining here for a couple of days and this hill was very muddy.  Well here I am with this insanely huge belly slipping and sliding 4 dogs who are going down this hill a whole lot faster than me.  Well, as I get to the bottom I realize I can't stop.  I fall down on my tush and slide the rest of the way down.  My left foot gets caught under the fence at the bottom ofthe hill.  I knew my big toe was hurting really, really bad but little did I know what I had done.  Anyway, I get everyone in the fence, give Katie orders to watch the dogs and make sure theydon't eat my friends herbs and tomatoes, and I'm on my way.  Yes, my friend also comes outside and stays with them but I want Katie to be responsible for the dogs and my friend to be responsible for the kids.  Anyway, I get home and I have about 5 minutes to get myself cleaned up before the realtor and people show up.  I don't have time to change my clothes, I have to take care of my foot and find out whats wrong with my toe.  As I'm cleaning off my toe I realize that my toenail has bent more than halfway back and there is mud caked way up under my toenail.  How in the hell am I going to fix this?   Oh yes.  I've got it.   I must sit down and cut my toenail all the way back so I can get this mud out so I don't get infected.  Well, I don't have time for that now!  I have to sell my house.  I'll deal with that later I say.  The people show up and I aplogize for looking homeless and looking like I haven't bathed in weeks but my dogs just drug me down a mudslide.  I don't think I sold my house today.  So they leave and I go get my kids and dogs, with more control this time I might add and I come home to start the torture of cutting off my toenail.  Anyway, to shorten my novel quite a bit I now have barely over half a toenail left and I can't walk.  I've soaked it in peroxide which was really painful and now I've covered it in first aid cream and a band aid.  When my husband gets home, it's off to the podiatrist I go.  I'm sure I will come home with no toenail and some antibiotics.  Oh well, such is life.  At least it's only a toenail.  I'm sure at the end of the week I will be laughing about it but for now, I'm pregnant, emotional, and my toe hurts so there are just lots of tears.

Well, you had sort of a Sh**ty day! ha...I'd be so mad at my dogs if they did that, they just don't think ahead and just do what they want right there in that moment.

Hope your toe is going to be ok :) Good luck with the baby, by the way, do you know the sex?

Whew, what a way to start out a day!  I hope your toe is feeling better!  Wishing you the best with the remainder of your pregnancy!

It sounds like Gillian is really ready to have her big day of going to school!  They are so cute & excited about it at that age.

My toe is fine.  I had removed enough of my toenail so he just had to finish cleaning it out.  Thank goodness he didn't give me any antibiotics.  I hate taking medicine when I'm pregnant.  It doesn't even hurt this morning so thats a relief.
I'm having another girl.  Her name is Sophia Rose.  She is named after my great grandmother.  I can't believe in just 11 more weeks I'm going to be a mother of 3 girls.  Its so exciting and scary at the same time.
I've never had trouble losing baby weight and let me tell you, I gain a LOT!  With Kaitlyn I gained 90 pds., with Gillian I gained 65 lbs., and so far this time I've gained 56.  I don't eat any differently and I still work out on a daily basis but my body just hangs on to ever single thing I eat.  As soon as the baby's born though, it just falls off.  I shouldn't have said that.  I don't want to jinx myself.  I'm older this time so it may be harder, I don't know.
I hate Zoe this morning.  She's been pretty good.  She's being pretty good today too except for the fact that since it's raining she thinks she's to good to go to the bathroom in wet grass.  She goes on the patio when it rains.  I have just pressure washed my back patio and what does she do?  She goes outside this morning and ****s all over my nice clean patio.  I still haven't gone out to clean it up.  Since I'm pregnant it makes me gag.  When I gag I pee on myself.  I'm not ready to take a bath yet so I haven't gone to clean it up.  Oh the joys of pregnancy.  I had a cold a few weeks ago with a horrible cough.  Everytime I coughed I pee'd.  I took a whole lot of baths those couple of weeks.  It's so gross.  I feel like I should be wearing a diaper.

OMG! You poor girl. I'm adding those to my list of reasons I never had kids...

I just got a digital camara, last night. Will unbox it, and reply to all this board, this afternoon. I'm going back to bed, now. Just read part of this thread, and had to say hi.
I have been up since 5am, and have been telling myself that I am as mad as a March hare.
I went out and bought a Carl's Jr. pastrami burger [wasn't hungry, just weird]. Those are quite good, the pastrami on them is excellent. They need ketchup and mustard on the side, though.
Then went to buy a lotto ticket at the supermarket [6am].
I saw one of the employees had left their car's lights on, so maybe I'm just a guardian angel this morning. I got home, washed the car, and the side of the house & windows, and watered the lawn. I fixed the dumb old scanner and uploaded photos.
Now, I'm tired.
