Well, I am now officially over a year old. Mama says that she is a bad mama because when she got my papers out, she saw that I turned 1 on the 19th!! Oh well, we still had fun.
Unfortunately, only Cheyanne(Pomeranian) came over. The other doggies all canceled and we had one no show. I was really hoping to have a big birthday party but we still had people come and I got presents.
Here is Cheyanne....
The last couple of weeks my mama and daddy and grandma and grandpa all set up my sisters play area. They got it for Christmas last year. They are SO excited to have it up now...
Even Cheyanne liked it alot. Her sister put her in the swing, she actually liked it and eventually fell asleep!!
But back to the birthday party, my mama put up decorations..
And set up the picnic table for all of our guests....
My sisters gave me a birthday hug....
And Chey gave me a KISS!!!
I got presents from my mama and daddy and my grandma and papa....
Mama got me a birthday Bandanna....
Grandma also got me a new color thing, I loved it!!
Mama made me a cake!! It was cornbread and hamburger!! OH MY!! That was the BESTEST cake EVER!!!
Cheys mommy gave her a tiny piece of the cake and I ate the WHOLE thing!!!!!
After the party, I was really tired and slept for a LONG time....
LOL, Thanks!! Lil E. Come on over! We have plenty of room and all that I require is to get to play with your little frenchies and of course the ever loved Odin!! LOL
Kitty, Thanks. These were all taken with my "play" camera(the one my hubby made me get so I would not ruin my work cameras) It is a Canon Powershot A540. I really like it alot. It is really easy to use and has alot of easy features. I am almost persuaded to look into professional canons......maybe someday. Right now I am a Nikon girl. With the exception of this little camera! LOL
Without the value of an education, like yours, I think the camara that I bought last night is more than an adequate starter. It is a Kodak Easy Share Z650.
Ha, I hardly would say I have an "education" in photography. Everything I have done has been self taught. I was taken out of school in 5th grade and "homeschooled" (my moms word for 'watch the kids while she goes out to the bar') At 16 I got my GED(taught myself enough to pass it)....other then that, I have taught myself everything I know.
I have reccomended the Kodaks to other people, I think that they are nice cameras. Kodak does a really nice point and shoot but they are lacking a bit in the professional camera area.
Either way, I think it is more the photographer then the caera overall. I can't wait to see pictures from you. BTW, Is Kitty still around or have placed her? Post some pics of your crew!!
I placed Kitty less than 4 days after she failed the OFA hip xray. She is very happy with her new home. The owners are rather ecstatic about their luck finding her. She is beautiful, intelligent and obedience trained. I have two pups from my last litter here to mess with. I will take photos of the male, and begin interviews for his new home in a couple months. He is pick of his litter and chaulk white, an unusual color. I named him [bad, I know]. He is Solid Image Moonlight Angel. Smart pup, and terribly pretty. Here is Kitty at her new home with her owner. He and his wife are teachers. They have a little dog that is like a "mini me' to Kitty, same color etc...
